Refunds

Because a file can be copied the moment it is downloaded, we do not refund a file because you changed your mind. Watch the preview before you buy: it is rendered from the file itself.

When we refund

If a file does not open, plays differently from its preview, or is not the file you ordered, tell us within 14 days of payment with your order code. We send a fixed file or refund that file in full.

If you paid for an order and we cannot deliver it, we refund the whole order.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through the method you paid with, within 7 days of approval.
